To me, wellness is a well-observed and well-balanced achievement that is an overall reflection of my mind and body and its positivity. To me, health does not mean only a strong and fit body, but also a calm mind and positivity of approach in my relationship and behaviors with others. It is basically a combination of functional fitness, strong relationships, time for family, and a life free of stress. Also, I believe in a holistic approach when it comes to the wellness of me as a human being as I give equal importance to my mind and my body and believe that in order to be healthy, both need to work in cohesion and be an extension of my thoughts towards life.
